In Part 1 of this blog, I gave a brief explanation of the process by which self discipline is attained by men and women in uniform, particularly in the military. - ...is important in the military to all servicemen and servicewomen, particularly those who make life and death decisions.
- ...must be at the starting gate of your success track. It may be imperceptible to others, but without it, you’ll fail.
- ...is the sibling of self-sufficiency, self-assurance, self-perseverance and self-control. It’s the training before the race. It’s needed to develop your strengths. It’s also a learned skill. If you’re not pleased with your level of discipline, develop it.
- ...embodies the unshakable spirit of determination. Your ability to motivate yourself in the midst of chaos comes from this source.
